About

You must explore deeper and deeper into the forrest to eliminate all enemies lurking in the woods so your village will be safe.  You win once all enemies have been eliminated.

Instructions

Click on the house icon in the tooltip menu to start building.  Click on a building to create units.  Use the selection area in the tooltip menu to select units and send them to fight enemies in the forrest.

Buildings and Units

Barracks

Barracks spawn melee units.

ScoutScouts are fast and weak.  They have the shorted spawn time of all units.
SquireSquires are stronger and slower than scouts.  They take slightly more time to spawn than scouts do.
KnightKnights are the strongest and slowest units.  They also take the most time to spawn.
Archery Range

Archery ranges spawn ranged units.

ArcherArchers are ranged units that fire arrows at other units.
CrossbowCrossbows are ranged units that fire bolts that do more damage than arrows.  Crossbows also fire more slowly compared to archers.
Archery Tower

Archery towers are ranged defensive buildings that fire arrows at enemy units.

Walls and Gates

Walls and gates add fortifications to your base.

  • Added collision exception for units in the same group (player or enemy) to address a bug where units with different speeds stack up and go into "snail mode".
  • Fix the victory dialogue box and win condition.
  • Fix a memory leaked caused by orphaned objects created when new units are added to a building queue.
  • Fixed errors caused by setting positions on arrows before they are added to the world.

2021/05/01

  • Fix some of the pathfinding behavior that causes units to stack up during battle (still needs work).
  • Fix bug where attack ranges are not set to correct values.

  • Made unit health bars easier to see.
  • Darkened map to reduce contrast between trees and background to make game easier on the eyes while play.
  • Fixed some bugs that occur while placing buildings on the map.
